摘要
绩效管理是具有较强应用性、实践性的人力资源管理专业必修课程,在我国引入的时间不长,课程体系建设还不成熟。通过对绩效管理课程的教学设计研究,目的是架构课程理论框架和实践路径、理顺教学内容和教学方法的关系,以期对经管类专业课程的教学改革有所裨益。
Performance management is human resources management required professional course with strong applicability and practicality. It is not long time to be brought it to our country, the construction of curriculum system is not mature. This article aimed to structure curriculum' s theory frame and practical path, disentangle the relation between the teaching contents and teaching naethods through the research of the teaching design of the performance management course in order to benefit the teaching reform of management courses.
