三相电能表在线运行异常情况的判断

摘要 对安装在电力用户处的电能表运行状况进行自动巡检,一直是电能仪表计量工作中未能有效解决的课题。通过开发数据筛选软件,利用自动化抄表系统,将电能表计量的相关数据传输到主站,主站根据三相电能表正确接线方式下的运行参数范围对数据进行筛选,从中找出故障电能表,即可及时发现问题并及时处理。利用数据筛选的方法,解决了多年来依靠人工到现场检查用电方式的弊端,保证了在线运行电能表的正确计量。 It is still an unsolved subject in electric energy metering to automatically inspect the operation of electric meters of electric power users. By automatic metering system, the data of electric metering is trans- ferred to the main station, and the main station screens the data in accordance with operating parameters in correct wiring mode of three-phase electric meters and then detects the faulty meters to timely discover and handle the problems. By means of data screening, manual field inspection on way of power consumption over the years is terminated, and correct metering of online operating electric meters is guaranteed.
