摘要 我国农村义务教育从数量上基本完成"普九"任务后,在质量上发展不均衡的问题日益突出,为改善这一状况,国家实施了"以县为主"的义务教育均衡发展策略。本文在介绍了还地桥镇探索实施乡镇义务教育优质均衡发展取得了巨大成果基础上,结合问卷调查,研究还地桥教育模式中"优质化均衡发展"特点,尝试分析了其教育思想精髓的内涵。最后,着重结合国家义务教育均衡发展目标,论述了还地桥模式的特点及其推广意义。 After our countryside basically finished the task of compulsory education numerically , the problem of unbalanced development qualitatively has become more and more prominent .In order to improve the situation, our country has carried out balanced development strategies in compulsory education which are county as the center .This article is basic in introducing great progress made by Huandiqiao Town in exploring high quality and balanced development strategies of town compulsory ed -ucation, which combines questionnaires , researches the characteristic of "high quality and balanced development"in the edu-cation mode of Huandiqiao Town , and try analyzing its education concepts .Finally, Emphatically combined with balanced de-velopment aims of national compulsory education , it discusses characteristics of Huandiqiao pattern and its significance for spreading.
