马鼻肺炎 被引量：6

摘要 马鼻肺炎是由马疱疹病毒1型和4型引起马属动物的一种急性热性传染病，临床表现为发热、白细胞减少、呼吸道症状、流产、脑脊髓炎等神经症状，世界各地普遍存在。聚合酶链式反应（PCR）是检测该病原灵敏、有效的方法。目前，针对本病并无有效的治疗手段，接种疫苗同时加强饲养管理可有效抑制发病和大规模流行。
