摘要
文章介绍了基于MATLAB软件的齿轮的范成法仿真,通过该仿真方法可以实现齿轮的参数化设计,得到齿轮的动态范成模拟图,形象地表达出了齿轮的加工过程,有利于加深学生对渐开线齿形和齿轮范成原理的理解。
In this paper, a way of using mathematical software MATLAB to carry out simulation of involute gear is introduced. By this method, parametric design of the gear is realized and the simulation diagram dynamic simulation of envelope cutting gear is got, which demonstrate the processing of the mechanical cutting. It is beneficial to improve students＇ understanding of the principle of Generation Method of the Involute Gear.
