Prominent Problem and Its Prevention Strategies in Medicine Purchase-and-Sell and Medical Services

目的:通过对医药购销和医疗服务中所反映的突出问题及突出问题的特征进行分析,从而对医药购销和医疗服务中产生的深层次原因进行研究,探索有效防治策略。方法:回顾性分析全国不断频发的医疗服务和医药购销领域的腐败案件。结果:医药购销和医疗服务中突出问题几乎延伸到了包括进货、药房、处方、用药乃至诊断与治疗等各个环节,说明医药购销和医疗服务中的不正之风仍比较突出,不容忽视。结论:医药购销和医疗服务中的腐败必须进行有效防治,才能缓解群众"看病难、看病贵"的问题、保障消费者的合法利益及社会的和谐与稳定。

Objective： Through analyzing the characteristics of the prominent problem in medicine purchase - and - sell and medical services, studying the deep reasons and discussing the effective prevention strategies. Methods： We retrospectively analysis the continuously happened medicine purchase- and- sell and medical services corruption cases. Results： The prominent problem in medicine purchase -and -sell and medical services have been extended to medicine purchasing, selling and using, even prescription making and diagnosing and treating. It means we cannot ignore the unhealthy tendency in the medicine purchase -and -sell and medical services. Conclusions： We should discuss the prevention strategies in medicine purchase -and -sell and medical services, fundamentally solve the problems for the people in difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor, safeguard the legitimate interests of the consumers and maintain social harmony and stability.
