The Construction of Green Logistics and Supply Chain in the University Press

从供应链的视角看大学出版社,上游的供应商和下游的分销商与出版社之间是一条完整的供应链,可是供应链的各个环节包括出版社内部的各个环节之间都没有形成一个高效的整体,以至于逐步形成了中小型大学出版社的发展瓶颈。基于此,故应明确构建大学出版社绿色物流与供应链体系的意义、存在的问题以及构建的基本途径,以适应出版业迅猛发展的需要,以应对发展机遇与市场挑战。

Seeing the university press from the perspective of supply chain, upstream supply chain, downstream distributors and the press is a complete supply chain. But each link of the supply chain including every one of the press inside did not form an effective whole,but gradually formed the development bottleneck of small and medium-sized university press. Based on the current situation of the supply chain in the universiyt press,the paper puts forward the meaning, problems and the basic way of building green logistics and sup-ply chain system in the university press, in order to meet the need of rapid development of publishing industry, to deal with the develop-ment opportunities and market＇s challenges.
