The Influences of Career Cognitions and Environment Supports on Tourism Students' Employment Tendency

摘要 构建了职业认知、环境支持对旅游专业大学生就业倾向影响的假设模型,通过问卷设计与数据收集,获得了377份有效问卷.数据分析表明,职业能力拓展预期是对旅游专业大学生就业倾向影响最大的因素,职业自我效能仅仅通过职业能力拓展预期产生间接作用.环境支持因素中,感知亲人态度的影响最直接也最强烈,也是唯一产生直接影响的环境支持因素.值得注意的是,专业教师通过专业培养方案和专业学习风气两个环境支持因素对就业倾向产生间接作用.旅游行业前景则通过职业认知变量对就业倾向有显著效应.研究结论对面向就业的旅游管理专业教育有一定启示. The paper constructs a hypothesis model on the relation of career cognitions, environment supports and employment tendency, through the questionnaire design and data collection. The paper obtained 377 valid questionnaires. Statistical analysis shows that, development expectation of career ability is the most important factor to the employment tendency of tourism majors. Career self-efficacy has indirect effect only through the development expectation of career ability. Among environment support factors, perceived attitude of family has most direct and most strongly influence on the employment tendency of tourism majors, and it is only one with direct influence on the employment tendency of tourism majors in factors of environment support. Notably, professional teachers produce indirect effect on employment tendency through two environmental factors: the training programs and learning atmosphere. Tourism prospects have significant effect on the employment tendency through the variables of career cognitive. These conclusions have certain enlightenment to tourism education based on the employment.
