Coordinated devel economic and social devel opment of industry and regional cooperation are the two main melodies of , the coordination degree of regional industry directly determines the effi- ciency and quality of economic and social development. Under the background of construction of National demonstration area to undertake industrial transfer in south Hunan and the development of urban and rural areas as a whole, how to promote coordinated development of industry and regional cooperation among three south Hunan cities are two major issues.
