微博公益问题研究

随着微博迅速发展,微博公益逐渐成为全民参与的社会活动,大力推动了我国公益事业的发展。在微博公益的发展过程中,呈现出信息真假难辨、实效性不强、侵犯个人正当权利等一系列问题,需要通过扩大透明度,加大影响力、强化微博公益技术支撑平台的安全性保障、加强关于微博公益的法制建设等措施加以解决,规范好、利用好微博公益的力量,从而使我国的公益事业更上一个台阶。

With the rapid development of micro-blog, its public service has become a social activity participated by all people, which promotes the development of China＇ s public welfare. However, there are a lot of problems existing in the process of de- veloping micro-blog as public service, such as being hard to winnow information, inefficiency and violating personal rights. To solve the above problems, such measures should be takan as expanding transparency, enhancing influence, strangthaningsecurity assurance of technical support platform and legal construction. Only by good regulation and wise use of micro-blog as a public service is it possible for national public welfare to move a step further.
