Crisis of Cultural Construction in Vocational Education Institutions and its Countermeasures

职业教育是我国国民教育体系中的一个重要教育类型,主要任务是培养合格的"职业人",它以就业为导向,注重职业岗位的要求和职业能力的训练,满足劳动力市场对技能型、技艺型人才的需求,本文通过解读民间教育培训机构企业文化的危机,分析出潜伏着的诚信危机,对职业教育机构企业文化的建设进行战略性的思考,为教育机构企业文化的建设提供可资借鉴的模式。

Vocational education is an important type of education in our national education system. Its main task is to train qualified professionals, which is employment-oriented, focusing on the job requirements and vocational skills training to meet the need of labor market for skilled talents. This paper, by analyzing the corporate cultural crisis in folk education and traimng organizations, probes into the credit crisis lurking in vocational education institutions, and focuses on strategic thinking of its construction, so as to provide the education organizations with a reference model for corporate culture construction.
