摘要
空气预热器是利用烟气的余热来加热所需空气的热交换设备,由于空气预热器布置在锅炉系统的烟气温度最低区,受热面壁温最低,因而最易产生低温腐蚀。文章分析了锅炉空气预热器低温腐蚀的机理,讨论了含硫量和酸露点对低温腐蚀的影响,提出了防止低温腐蚀的的有效措施。
Air pre--heater is a heat transfer equipment which situates the end position of a bailer. The reason of air pre--heater is analyzed;The effects of low temperature corrosion are discussed. Some effective measures are mentioned.
