为加强对公路水运工程监理市场管理,维护公平有序竞争的市场秩序,增强监理企业和监理工程师诚信意识,推动诚信体系建设,有必要建立信用评价系统,对公路水运工程项目建设的监理企业和监理工程师的信用进行管理。依据《公路水运工程监理信用评价办法》的要求,提出了信用评价系统数据设计的思路和方法,并利用Delphi 7.0完成了对公路水运工程监理信用评价系统的设计。

In order to strengthen the management of highway and waterway project supervision market, maintain a fair and orderly competition in the market, enhance the supervision of enterprises and the credit consciousness of supervision engineers and promote the construction of credit system, it is necessary to establish the credit evaluation system, to manage the credit of highway and waterway construction project supervision enterprises and supervision engineers. According to the requirements of Methods to Evaluate Credit of Highway and Waterway Project Supervi- sion, this paper proposes design ideas and methods of credit evaluation system data, and uses Delphi 7.0 to com- plete the design of the credit evaluation system of highway and waterway project supervision.
