Research on Training Strategy Based on Talent Demand of Construction Industry

建筑业是我国国民经济的重要支柱之一,拥有数量庞大的从业人员。指出了目前建筑行业存在的主要问题和面临的形势,对建筑施工行业人才需求状况及影响因素作了深刻剖析,在此基础上提出了不同层级人才的培养对策,对建筑施工行业发展和建筑类职业教育发展有指导意义。

The construction industry, in which there are a huge number of employees, is one of the backbones of national economy. In this paper, the current main problems of construction industry are pointed out, and the influ- encing factors of talent demand are analyzed profoundly. Some strategies are proposed aiming at the training of multi - level professional talent, which have valuable guiding significance to the development of construction industry and corresponding vocational education.
