高职院校基层党支部活动内容与形式创新探索——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

Exploration of Content and Form Innovation of Basic-level Party Branch Activities in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Beijing Polytechnic College as an Example

新时期高校党支部建设如何找准切入点,如何进行内容与形式上的创新决定着组织生活的质量。以北京工业职业技术学院汽车党支部为例,主要阐述了党支部以校企合作、支部共建为核心,充分挖掘学校企业各自优势,在专业建设、教师队伍建设、人才培养等方面发挥的作用。通过活动创新充分调动了广大党员积极性,增强了党员教师的社会责任感和使命感,发挥了支部在推进中心工作中的战斗堡垒作用,为高职院校学习型党组织的特色化建设做出了积极贡献。

In the new period, how to find the cut- in point and innovate the content and the form in the construc- tion of party branch in colleges and universities determines the quality of organization life. In this paper, the auto- mobile party branch in Beijing Polytechnic College is taken as an example, which fully takes the advantage of school and enterprise by school -enterprise cooperation and party branch co -construction, and plays an important role in the professional construction, teachers＇team construction, talent training and other aspects. As a result, a mass of party members actively participate in the innovative activities. Their sense of social responsibility and mis- sion are strengthened, which makes a positive contribution for the characterized construction of learning - type party organization in higher vocational colleges.
