摘要
在职业生涯规划基本理论的基础上,阐述了职业生涯规划的意义,分析了职业生涯规划的原则和制定步骤,并对职业生涯规划的实施进行了探讨。
In this paper, the significance of career planning is elaborated, the principles and steps of career plan- ning are analyzed, and the implementation of career planning is discussed based on the basic theory of career planning.
