摘要
所谓人才培养模式,就是从现实中抽象出来的带有规律性的认知框架,用以帮助我们理解改革、明确改革的方向和路径。高校人才培养模式就是通过一系列理念、框架和方法,明确改革的思路、把握改革的重点,处理好改革中将遇到的问题。本文从"六个观念"着手讨论高校人才培养的科学理念,以"五个要素"作为高校人才培养改革的基本框架,强调推进高校人才培养模式改革中应注意处理好"五个关系",从而为高校人才培养模式改革提供明确的思路和方法。
The talent training mode, which is of vital importance, calls for frequent reform. This paper discusses a scientific concept of talent training in universities from "six ideas" and points out that "five elements" should be the basic framework of the talent training reform in universities and "five relations" should be handled well, so as to provide ideas and methods for specific talents training mode reform.
