摘要
在现代人力资源管理中,卓有成效的绩效管理是其完成提高企业核心竞争力的核心问题,而绩效沟通又是绩效管理的关键因素,贯穿于绩效管理流程中各个环节。本文的主要创新之处在于构建了绩效沟通的四步循环的体系,并与企业的绩效管理流程一一对应。文章首先分析了企业绩效沟通的现阶段存在的问题,阐述了目标制定沟通、绩效实施沟通、绩效面谈沟通、绩效改进沟通四步循环在绩效管理过程中的重要作用,并提出要具体把握每个环节的关键点,以促进企业的绩效管理有质的提升。
On. the modem human resource management, effective performance management is the core issue of its completion to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The performance communication is a key factor of the performance management throughout all aspects of the performance management process. This paper is aimed to build a four-step circulation system of performance communication embedded in the whole process of performance management. This paper introduces the communication problems of business performance and analyzes the important effect of performance communication on the performance management process. The four steps of communication include goal-setting, implementation, interview and performance Improvement. Then we should grasp the key points of every aspect in order to promote the effective implementation of performance management.
