摘要
随着我国中职教育的不断发展,中职学校毕业生已成为我国技能劳动大军的主要来源。由于部分中职学校陷入了"重专业技能、轻品德修养"的误区,致使品德修养成了部分中职毕业生素养的薄弱环节,受到了社会及用人单位越来越多的质疑。可从社会存在和社会意识的辩证关系出发,对中职学生品德修养基本状况进行分析,得出提升品德修养对中职学生来说尤为重要的结论。
With the continuous development of secondary vocational education in China, graduates of vocational schools have become the main source of the skilled labor force. However, some secondary vocational schools tend to pay more attention to the improvement of the students' professional skill while they attach much less importance to their moral cultivation, which results in weak moral character. This trend has been questioned more and more frequently by the society and the employers. Based on the dialectical relationship between social being and social consciousness, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis on the special nature of students' moral character in secondary vocational schools, and reaches to the conclusion that it is particularly important for students in secondary vocational schools to enhance their moral cultivation.
