Research on the Grey Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Adaptability to ERP Implementation in Enterprises

ERP作为一种成熟的企业管理方法,在我国实施以来一直没有取得预期的效果。从企业内外部对于实施ERP的影响因素出发,在建立评价指标的基础上,构建评价模型。运用灰色模糊综合集成的方法对企业对于ERP的适应情况进行综合评价,为企业实施ERP之前的准备工作提供一定参考。

No expected result has been led to the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning （ERP） as one of the mature methods in the enterprise management in China. The evaluation model can be established on the basis of the evalua- tion index starting with the influence factors to the implantation of ERP from the internal and external of enterprises. And the comprehensive evaluation can be made of the adaptability to ERP in enterprises by the grey fuzzy comprehensive evalua- tion method,which can be used as reference before its implementation.
