摘要
企业文化包括理念层、制度层、物质和行为层三个层次。企业文化建设的经济效益一般要通过完成内部交易和外部交易而形成,即内部通过员工认可并内化为自己的行为,执行企业的文化精神,继而产生经济效益和社会效益;外部通过顾客对企业文化的认可,转化为具体的购买行为,带来企业经济效益和社会效益的提高。
The enterprise culture covers the three layers of concept, system, and material and behavior. The economic benefit of the enterprise culture construction is generally formed by the accomplishment of the internal transaction and the external transaction, i. e., the former is to make employees recognized as their behavior in the execution of the cultural spir- it for their enterprise with the economic benefit and social benefit, and the latter is to make consumers accepted to the enter- prise culture in the transformation of their purchasing behavior and hence the enlargement of the economic benefit and social benefit for the enterprise.
