摘要
"烂尾楼",这一由于资金问题未能完成、而停工的工程,是各地普遍存在的现象。本文通过一个实际"烂尾楼"工程的后续改造加固案例,对停工的建筑物进行重新修改设计,包括使用功能的改变、结构布置的改变等,探讨了复建工程的设计和施工需解决的问题。
Due to the financial problem, the unfinished building engineering had to stop and couldn＇t be completed. In this paper, a case analysis of unfinished building engineering＇s reconstruction and reinforcement is presented. The building is remodified and designed, including the change of using function and the change of structure arrange. The solved problems about the rebuiling engineering＇s design and construction are discussed.
