本文对高职院校计算机类专业教师存在的问题进行分析和"双师素质"教师的培养方法进行了研究,结合国家骨干高职院校立项建设单位——哈尔滨铁道职业技术学院计算机类专业教师"双师素质"教师培养的实践,探索了"双师素质"教师培养的有效途径。

This article carries on the analysis and training method of ＂double teacher quality＂ of computer specialty in Higher Vocational SchoolTeachers＇ problems are studied, according to the practice of national backbone project construction units -- the Harbin Railway Technical College computer professional teachers of ＂double teacher quality＂ teacher training, to explore the effective way for ＂double teacher quality＂ cuhure.
