浅析曾国藩、李鸿章的为官之道

Analysis of Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang's Officialdom

众所周知,晚清官场派别林立,步步惊心。然而曾国藩、李鸿章却被同时誉为晚晴的"中兴名臣"。曾国藩为三朝重臣,李鸿章也官居极品,显然都得益于他们的为官之道。二人虽为师承关系,但细细比较,二人在为官背景、为官德性、用人识人、功过是非方面皆有不同。透视分析二人的为官之道,不仅使人深谙官场的风云变化,还可以警醒世人评价历史人物应持有一种客观的态度。
