城市社区居家养老模式的问题研究

Study on the Model of Community-based Homecare for Urban Old-age

随着我国人口老龄化加剧,传统养老模式渐渐已经不能满足城市老年人的养老需要,城市社区居家养老模式开始逐渐发展起来。文章首先介绍了城市居家养老模式涵义,然后阐述了我国城市社区居家养老模式的发展背景、现状及存在的问题,最后从完善制度建设、拓展筹资渠道、加强专业队伍建设和国外经验的借鉴四个方面来提出对策及建议。

As the aging of population in China becoming more serious, the traditional old-age mode could not meet the needs of old peo- ple in city. Instead, the communlty-based homecare for urban old-age has been gradually developed. This paper firstly introduced the connotation of community-based homecare for urban old-age, and then elucidated the background, current situation and problems of community-based homecare for urban old-age in China. Moreover, the suggestions and countermeasures were proposed in perfecting in- stitutional improvement, broadening financing channel, strengthening professional team construction and learning from foreign experience.
