摘要
微格教学是提高师范生教学技能的一种有效方法。本文根据教学经历,就如何利用微格教学提高师范生的中学数学教学技能进行了初步探讨。
Micro-teaching is an effective method which can improve normal students' teaching skills. Based on the teaching experience, this paper discusses how to use mlcro-teaching to improve normal students' secondary mathematies tesehing skills.
