摘要
Panther&Thornberg将认知转喻分为指称转喻、述谓转喻、言语行为转喻。这一分类不仅更为全面地剖析了转喻的本质,而且为语篇连贯提供了崭新的视角。本文将此三种转喻的认知机制运用至笔者在平时阅读的语篇中,试图从认知转喻的角度解释这些语篇的是如何实现连贯的。
Panther & Thomberg divided metonymy into referential metonymy, predicational metonymy, and illocutionary metonymy. This kind of division not only reveals the nature of metonymy but also provides a brand-new view for discourse coherence. In this paper, the writer applies these three kinds of metonymy to the materials which the writer reads in her spare time. And the writer tries to explain how these discourses coheres from the view of cognitive metonymy.
