论我国农村民主管理的治理基础

Concerning the management of rural democratic management in our country

本文认为,在农村民主管理中,要实现"受监督的权力更有力量",必须将社会的民主参与与公共权力的治理机制实现良好的结合。

This paper argues that only by combining social democratic participation and governmental mecha- nism of public power , could we realize the goal to achieve ＂the supervision of power is more power＂ in the democratic management in the rural areas.
