摘要 对目前医学贫困生工作中的实用主义和工具理性取向,重目标设置和结果、轻过程,重知识技能、轻人文价值素养的教育模式进行分析,提出重建积极、和谐发展的帮扶理念,完善资助管理模式、开辟新的教育途径,理性和德性教育并重,重视临床见习、实习期间的教育工作的建议措施。 Nowadays, the education of poor medical students is pragmatism and instrumental rationality orien- ted, whereby the educational model emphasizes more on the goal setting and outcome, knowledge and skill, than on the process and the humanistic values. This article had specifically put forward the new concept of financial aid to help poor students to reestablish an active and harmonious development, to improve the management mode of finan- cial aid, and to open up new avenues of education. In addition, the article had also provided practical recommenda- tions to pay equal attention to both rational and moral education and to strengthen the importance of instructions during the period of the clinical training and internships.
