摘要
详细分析了一种基于DSP的异步电动机离线式参数辨识方案。该方案通过直流试验、单相交流试验及空载试验代替常规测定方法对电机参数进行辨识。整个辨识过程中无需人工操作,无需机械堵转,可由系统自动完成。试验结果表明,该系统能有效减少由集肤效应、死区、开关管导通压降、开关延时所产生的辨识误差,且算法简单,易于实现,辨识精度高。
An off-line parameters identification algorithm of asynchronous motor based on DSP was studied in detailed. This algorithm used DC experiment, single-phase test and no-load test instead of conventional measure scheme to identify motor parameter. The system automatically identified the motor parameter without manual operation and locked-rotor test. The experimental results showed that the system could effectively reduce identification error that generated by the skin effect, dead zone, switch conduction voltage drop and switch time delay. The algorithm was simple, easy to implement, and high identification accuracy.
