详细介绍了链条部件的选材、热处理的加工过程及不同热处理方式对提高链条整体冲击韧性、耐磨性、破断载荷等性能的影响。实践证明:齿形驱动链正确的选材及合理的热处理工艺是成功应用在军用轻型全地形车驱动系统上的保证。
Material selection of the chain components, heat treatment process and the effect of different heat treatment methods on improving impact toughness, wear resistance, breaking load etc of chain overall are introduced in detail. Practice has proved that correct selection and reasonable heat treatment process of tooth drive chain are guaranteed to successfully apply to the military light all-terrain vehicles drive on the system.
