摘要
本文研究了高分子涂层技术在改善旧泵性能方面的应用。试验结果表明旧泵的性能有了显著的提升,相比表面处理之前,额定流量下的效率提高了10%,比新泵出厂效率要高1.4%,并对此进行了理论分析。最后给出了提高泵性能的原因。
In the article, the application of the high polymer coating technology in improving the perform- ance of the old pump is studied. The result indicates that the performance of the old pump is significantly improved, and the efficiency of surface treated pump at the rated flow is 10% higher than untreated one, and is 1.4% higher than the one of the new pump, which are theoretically analysed. It gives the reasons for the improvement of the pump performance at last.
