47例功能性子宫出血的临床护理探讨

Study on The Clinical Nursing of 47 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨功能性子宫出血的有效护理方法。方法对该院收治的47例功能性子宫出血患者采取积极治疗的基础上同时给予精心的护理,提高患者对疾病的认识,加强心理和饮食护理等。结果 47例患者经过治疗与精心护理后均快速止血,月经周期和经量恢复到正常水平,贫血状况得到改善。结论通过对功能性子宫出血患者的精心护理,体会到护理工作能够提高患者对疾病的认识,有效缓解焦虑、恐惧等消极情绪,对患者的治疗和康复十分重要。

Objective To explore effective methods of care for dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods On the basis of active treatment, 47 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted in our hospital were given meticulous care such as raising the patients~ awareness of the disease, strengthening psychological and dietary care and so on. Results After treatment and intensive care, 47 patients rapidly stopped bleeding, menstrual cycle and menstrual blood volume returned to normal levels and anemia was improved. Conclusion Intensive care for the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve their under- standing of the disease, alleviate their anxiety, fear and other negative emotions effectively, which is very important for the treat- ment and rehabilitation of them.
