摘要
目的探讨人性化护理模式在产科护理中应用的效果。方法选择该院产科收治的100例产妇为研究对象,将产妇随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组采取人性化护理模式,分析比较两组患者的护理效果及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者焦虑程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为98.0%,明显高于对照组的88.0%(P<0.05)。结论在产科实施人性化护理,能改善患者心理状态,增加护理满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective Discussion of humanized nursing mode was used in obstetric care effect.Methods Select 100 lying-in women in our hospital were treated as the research object,the parturient patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and the observation group(n =50),the control group received routine nursing care,observation group adopt the humanistic nursing model,analysisand comparison for the two group of patient care and satisfaction.Results Patients with anxiety level was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the observation group satisfaction was 98%,significantly higher than the control 88%,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing in obstetrics,can improve the psychological status of patients,increase nursing satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing care.
