神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗早产儿脑损伤的临床疗效探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Efficacy of Ganglioside and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Tablets in the Treatment of Premature Babies with Brain Injury

目的探讨神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗早产儿脑损伤的应用价值。方法选择该院自2012年5月—2013年5月收治的108例早产脑损伤患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组行常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂和脑蛋白水解物治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、后遗症发病率及纠正胎龄40周、41周时的神经行为评分(NBNA)。结果①两组患者治疗后总有效率的比较:治疗组总有效率为91.23%,明显高于对照组74.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者后遗症发病率比较:治疗组后遗症发病率为10.53%,明显低于对照组29.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组患者纠正胎龄40周、41周时的NBNA比较:治疗组两次NBNA评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合脑蛋白水解物治疗早产儿脑损伤临床效果显著,能促进患儿神经系统功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of ganglioside combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablets in the treatment of premature babies with brain injury. Methods 108 premature babies with brain injury admitted in our hospital from May, 2012 to May, 2013 were divided into control group and treatment group randomly. The two groups were given conventional treatment. In addition, the treatment group was given ganglioside and cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablets. The efficacy, incidence of sequelae, NBNA scores of corrected age of 40 weeks and 41 weeks of the groups were compared. Results 鈶燭he treatment group＇s total effective rate was 91.23%, obviously higher than that of the control group＇s 74.51%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; 鈶he treatment group＇s incidence of sequelae was 10.53%, significantly lower than that of the control group＇s 29.41%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;鈶he NBNA scores of corrected age of 40 weeks and 41 weeks of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Ganglioside combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablets is quite effective in treating premature babies with brain injury, and can promote the recovery of neural function of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
