探讨低蛋白血症对早发型重度子痫前期妊娠结局的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨低蛋白血症对于早发型重度子痫前期妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析该院收治的80例早发型重度子痫患者的临床资料,按低蛋白血症的发生情况分为A组(低蛋白血症组)及B组(非低蛋白血症组),通过比较两组治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周、并发症情况、新生儿出生体重和围生儿死亡率来评价低蛋白血症对于早发型重度子痫前期妊娠结局的影响。结果 A组治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周和新生儿出生体重明显低于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组围生儿死亡率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组肝肾功能损害、心功能不全、胸腹水和胎盘早剥等并发症情况多于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发型重度子痫前期并发低蛋白血症患者病情严重,并发症多且围生儿死亡率高,临床应密切监测病情,适时终止妊娠。 Objective To investigate the influence of hypoproteinemia on the pregnancy outcome of early-onset severe preeclampsia. Methods 80 cases of patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia admitted in our hospital were divided into A group(Hypoproteinaemia group) and B group(Non-hypoalbuminemia group). The impact of hypoalbuminemia on early-onset severe preeclampsia was evaluated by the comparison of the treatment time, gestational age at termination of pregnancy, the incidence of complication, neonatal birth weight and perinatal mortality rate between the groups. Results The treatment time of A group was obviously shorter than that of B group, gestational age at termination of pregnancy was significantly earlier than that of B group, neonatal birth weight was noticeably lower than that of B group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The perinatal mortality rate of A group was evidently higher than that of B group with statistically significant difference(P0.05). The incidence of complications such as liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction, pleural effusion and placental abruption, was more than that of B group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Early severe preeclampsia complicated by hypoproteinaemia is serious. It has many complications and high perinatal mortality rate, so the patients should be closely monitored clinically and terminated pregnancy timely.
