摘要 目的比较MRA与DSA在糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断中的实用价值。方法对一组确诊为2型糖尿病经多普勒超声明确合并下肢血管病变的患者,分别行双下肢MRA和DSA检查,经过2位放射专家分别对获得的MRA图像做评估,对两组结果进行比较。结果 MRA在下肢远端血管流出道显示上优于DSA,但是MRA存在的静脉重叠影响诊断的准确性。结论小腿加压MRA可以用来作为糖尿病下肢血管病变的术前诊断和术后随访的工具。 Objective To determine the practical value of 3.0T CE-MRA in the diagnosis of diabetic patients with peripheral arterial disease as compared to DSA. Methods A group of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with lower extremity vascular disease confirmed by Doppler ultrasound, underwent both MRA and DSA. The images of MRA were evaluated by 2 radiologists, respectively. MRA images and DSA images of the patients were compared. Results Compared with DSA, MRA was better than DSA in the aspect of showing distal lower extremity vascular outflow tracts, but the venous overlapping images on the images of MRA affected the accuracy of diagnosis. Conclusion The calf compression 3.0T CE-MRA can be used as a tool for the preoperative diagnosis and follow-up postoperative of diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease.
