睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Testicular Germ Cell Tumors

目的探究分析睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤的临床诊断治疗效果,旨在为提高临床治疗效率提供有效依据。方法选取自2010年8月—2012年6月在该院接受治疗的睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤患者70例,根据其肿瘤类型,分为A组精原细胞肿瘤40例与B组非精原细胞肿瘤30例,对其临床诊断与治疗资料进行回顾性分析,比较其发病特点与临床治疗效果等,做好相关资料的记录工作。结果采取相应临床治疗后,对患者进行随访调查,其中A组患者生存率显著优于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时比较不同肿瘤分期患者的随访生存率发现,随着分期级别增大,患者生存率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在提高睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤患者临床诊断效率的同时,要尽早治疗,防止肿瘤继续恶化,并且要根据肿瘤类型对症治疗,以此提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of testicular germ cell tumors so as to provide an effective basis for the improvement of clinical therapeutic effect of the disease. Methods 70 cases of patients with testicular germ cell tumors admitted in our hospital from August, 2010 to June, 2012 were selected and divided into group A（40 cases of spermatogonia cell tumor） and group B（30 cases of non-seminomatous germ cell tumor） according to the type of tumor. The diagnosis,treatment, characteristics of the disease and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After corresponding clinical treatment, all the patients were followed up. The results of the investigation showed that group A＇s survival rate was significantly higher than that of group B with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. In addition, it was found that the survival rate of the patients decreased obviously as the tumor stage increased by comparing the survival rate of patients of different stages of tumor, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Along with the increasing of the clinical diagnosis rate of the patients with testicular germ cell tumors, patients with the disease should be treated as soon as possible in order to prevent the disease continuing to deteriorate, and they should be treated symptomatically according to the type of tumor so as to improve the treatment effect of the disease.
