低温等离子消融处理52例广基型声带息肉疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨低温等离子消融处理广基型声带息肉的疗效、并发症。方法回顾性分析该院2009年1月—2012年3月收治广基型声带息肉患者99例的临床资料,分为观察组(使用低温等离子消融系统),对照组(使用常规冷器械)。结果经统计学处理,观察组在治愈率及有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),无明显并发症发生。结论低温等离子消融系统在处理广基型声带息肉上是一种可选择的较好术式。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of low temperature plasma ablation system on sessile polyp of vocal cord and the incidence of complications. Methods The clinical data of 99 patients with sessile polyp of vocal cord admitted in our hospital from January, 2009 to March, 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. And they were divided into the observation group(treated with low temperature plasma ablation system), and the control group(treated with conventional cooling equipment). Results By statistical analysis, the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P0.01) with no obvious complications. Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation system is a good operation for selection in the treatment of sessile polyp of vocal cord.
