RA患者抗CCP抗体浓度变化与病情变化的关系探讨

The Relationship Between Anti-CCP Antibody Concentration of RA Patients and the Rheumatic Activity

目的探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体阳性的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者病程中抗CCP抗体浓度变化与疾病活动的相关性。方法比较90例抗CCP抗体阳性的RA患者治疗前后抗CCP抗体的浓度变化。同时,检测类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)等指标,并进行疾病活动评分(DAS),以分析抗CCP抗体与RA患者病情变化之间的关系。结果 RA患者使用缓解病情药物治疗6个月后,疾病活动度减轻的同时抗CCP抗体水平较治疗前明显下降,经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗CCP抗体不仅在RA诊断而且在RA病情监测方面是一个有效的指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of anti-cylic citrullinated peptide（anti-CCP） antibody and the rheumatic activity of anti-CCP antibody positive rheumatoid arthritis（RA） patients. Methods The concentration of anti-CCP antibody was measured in 90 anti-CCP antibody positive RA patients before and after treatment. Other RA indices including rheumatoid factor（RF） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） were also measured. And the disease activity scores（DAS）of the patients before and after treatment were evaluated. Results After using disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs（DMARDs）for six months, as patients indicated relief of signs and symptoms, the anti-CCP antibody of them decreased significantly as compared with that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Anti-CCP antibody is an effective index both in diagnosing and monitoring the disease activity of RA.
