摘要
该文针对金川公司生产过程中不锈钢结构焊接存在导热率低、热膨胀系数大,焊接过程中产生焊变形和焊接应力的倾向较大现象进行分析,焊接时采取严格工艺措施,能有有效控制焊接变形,减小焊接应力的存在。
In this paper,the stainlees steel structure welding possesses low thermal conductivity, high thermal expansion coefficient in Jinchuan Company.Welding deformation and welding stress tendency which generates during the welding process is large. In addition,how to effectively control stainless steel welding stress and deformation,take strict technical measures,control welding distortion,and reduce welding stress are discussed.
