摘要 目的 探讨CT仿真结肠镜检查 (CTVirtualColonoscopy ,CTVC)猪结肠模拟息肉的敏感性。 方法 取猪结肠 8段 ,制作 3~ 5mm、6~ 9mm和 10~ 13mm息肉模型 ,行与扫描架平面成 90°、45°和 0°角的扫描 ,按息肉大小、肠段纵轴与扫描架平面成角情况分析检出的结果。结果 肠段纵轴与扫描架平面成 90°、45°和 0°角时 ,3~ 5mm ,6~9mm息肉检出敏感性分别为 87 5 %、5 0 0 %和 2 5 0 % ,10 0 0 %、10 0 0 %和 75 0 % ;10~ 13mm息肉检出敏感性均为 10 0 0 %。总体上讲 ,三种直径息肉检出敏感性分别为 5 4 2 %、91 7%和 10 0 0 %。结论 CTVC对猪结肠模拟息肉有较高的检出敏感性 ,角度只影响 3~ 5mm、6~ 9mm息肉的检出敏感性。 Objective To explore the sensitivity of simulated polyp detection with CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC) in pig colon. Methods Eight pig colon specimens with simulated polyps underwent volume scanning at angle of 90°,45° and 0° to the gantry.Results were analyzed statistically according to polyp size and angle. Results As angle of 90°,45° and 0°,detection rate of 3~5mm polyps were 87 5%,50 0% and 25 0% respectively, 6~9mm polyps were 100%,100 0% and 75 0% respectively, 10~13mm polyps were all 100 0%. As a whole,CTVC could detect 54 2%,91 7% and 100 0% of 3~5mm,6~9mm and 10~13mm total polyps. Conclusion CTVC had high sensitivity for simulated polyp detection,the angle only affected detection rates of 3~5mm,6~9mm polyps. [
