摘要
目的 介绍建立血源性颅面转移瘤动物模型的方法 ,分析成瘤率的影响因素。方法 43只新西兰大白兔从颈总动脉接种VX2约 10 8/ml瘤细胞。术后 1周开始在不同时间行MRI检查 (平扫和增强扫描 )。病理取材HE染色光镜下观察。结果 面部及眶内球后成瘤率分别为 81%及 6 7%。MRI表现为T1WI略高信号 ,T2 WI等或高信号。T1WIGd TDPA扫描肿瘤有增强效应。结论 上述方法制成的颅面部动物模型可为颅面部医学影像学及其它学科的研究提供可靠的动物模型。
Purpose The aims of this article are to introduce a hematogenous animal metastasis model and to analyse the affect factors of the rate of regrowth. Methods 43 New\|zealand white rabbits are inoculated VX2 tumor cells.MRI plain scans and enhanced scans are taken at different times after inoculating VX2 1 week.Pathological study is made under microscope by HE stains. Results The rate of regrowth is 81% craniofacial,67% intraorbit metastasis.MRI showed the tumor hyper\|or isointense on T 1WI,iso\| or hyperintense on T 2WI and enhancement pattens after intravenous injection Gd\|DTPA. Conclusion The animal model is able to provide a good method for craniofacial medical imaging and for other department study. [
