摘要
日新月异的技术进步不断变革着沟通方式,争分夺秒的信息时代让沟通的价值日益凸显。本文在总结国内外网络沟通和SNS领域相关研究的基础上,将沟通的价值归结为沟通力,然后用四项指标对开心网用户的沟通行为展开了实证分析。最后总结出SNS的沟通力模型和评估沟通力的两级指标体系,并提出了三项提升策略。
Technology which develops rapidly is changing the way of communication. The Information Era which seizes every minute and every second makes the value of communication become more and more obvious. Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research on internet communication and SNS, this paper indicated that the value of communication is 'communication ability' and then used four indicators to do the empirical analysis of the communication behaviors of users of kaixin001.com. At last, this paper came up with the model of communication ability of SNS and the system of two-level indicators to evaluate communication ability, and also proposed three strategies to increase communication ability.
