摘要
本文借助虚拟形式,从成员主体的自适应性入手,基于刺激反应模型分析了主体的知识获取、整合和应用行为,特别结合SECI和融知发酵,构建了高技术虚拟产业集群知识整合模型;在此基础上,基于添加了黏着标识的回声模型研究了成员相互作用而涌现的集群创新结构、模式和协同创新效应,从微观和宏观相联系的CAS理论视角,揭示了高技术虚拟产业集群知识创新过程,将有利于进一步挖掘知识创新对集群的价值贡献,从而推动和促进高技术产业集群的发展。
By virtue of virtual form, and members' adaptivity, the paper analyzes the knowledge acquisition, integration and applica- tion of the adaptive agent on base of stimulus-response model, specially constructs the model of knowledge integration combining SECI and knowledge fermenting model. And on this basis, the paper discusses innovation structure, mode and synergy effect which emerges from interaction with agents on account of echo model with adhesion tag. Thus, the paper clearly reveals the process of knowledge inno- vation of high-tech virtual industry cluster based on CAS theory which links macro level and micro level. It will be helpful to excavate value contribution of knowledge innovation to industry cluster, and then promote the development of high-tech industry cluster.
