摘要
制造企业服务化战略转型已受到学术界和企业界广泛关注。然而,制造企业服务提供作为企业绩效改良的手段是否不管在何种条件下都可取或者是否都能为企业绩效提升做出贡献?该问题一直是研究界和实践界争论的主题。为了解决此问题,作者通过使用制造企业各阶层管理人员提供的一手数据,发展并检验了一个理论模型。结果表明:制造企业服务提供对企业绩效的影响是有条件的,即系统网络中的社会技术能力的丰富程度或可获得可能性对制造企业服务提供与企业绩效之间的关系存在显著的正向调节作用。
Manufacturing company services transformation have received considerable attention in the academia and the business circles. However, whether and under which circumstances service delivery of the manufacturing companies as means of performance im- provement is desirable and contributes to firm performance is still a subject of debate in research and practice. To address this issue, the author uses field data from managers of manufacturing companies and extend prior work by developing and testing a contingency-based model. The empirical results confirmed the developed framework. The study found that the rich degree of socio-technical capacity or the possibility obtained in the system network will strengthen the relationship between service delivery and business performance of manufac- turing companies.
