The Influence of Core Enterprise Leadership Style and Inter-organizational Trust on Cooperative Innovation Performance

摘要 本文主要研究技术创新网络中核心企业领导风格、组织间信任对合作创新绩效的影响,建立了相关的理论模型并提出研究假设。以具有较强研发合作强度和深度的典型行业为对象进行问卷调研,运用多元回归等方法进行实证检验。主要研究结论包括,适度的变革型领导行为有利于合作创新绩效的提升,交易型领导风格和组织间信任都有利于增加合作创新绩效,组织间信任在变革型领导风格与合作创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应,在交易型领导风格与合作创新绩效之间仅有基于情感的信任充当中介变量。 We construct the theoretical hypotheses between core enterprise leadership style, inter-organizational trust and cooperative innovation performance. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that moderate transformational leadership behavior conducive to enhance the cooperative innovation performance. Transactional leadership style and inter-organizational trust negatively related to increased cooperative innovation performance. Between transformational leadership and cooperative innovation performance, the inter-organizational trust has partial me- diating effect.
