The Relationship among External Knowledge Network Characteristics,Knowledge Management Process and First-class Disciplines of Innovative University Generation

摘要本文在文献回顾的基础上,研究提出了知识网络特征、知识管理过程和创新型大学一流学科生成之间关系的概念模型,并通过对国内9所实力雄厚的理工科高校的7个学科的问卷调查验证这一模型。研究结果表明:学科外部知识网络各要素通过学科知识管理过程的中介传递而促进创新型大学一流学科的成长。外部知识网络中心度对知识生产、信任对知识应用、共同愿景对知识生产没有显著影响。 On the basis of the literature review, this paper proposes the conceptual model of the relationship among knowledge network characteristics, the process of knowledge management and first-class disciplines of innovative university generation and verifies this model by the survey of the seven disciplines of nine strong science and engineering universities. The results showed that the external net- work elements of discipline promote first-class disciplines of innovative university generation by the discipline knowledge management process. External knowledge networks centrality to knowledge production, trust to knowledge application, and shared vision to knowl- edge production are not significantly affected.
