弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件尺寸精度的数值模拟研究

Study on Numerical Simulation of Dimensional Accuracy for Cold Forging Spiral Bevel Gear

摘要 准确预测锻件的尺寸精度是冷锻弧齿锥齿轮研究的难点之一。提出了冷锻件尺寸精度的表征方法,结合有限元数值模拟预测了弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度,并分析了润滑条件对冷锻件尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,该方法简单易行,能够有效地评价弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度;当其他条件一定时,摩擦因子m越大,锻件的尺寸精度越低。 Accurately prediction of the dimensional accuracy of the forging is one of the difficulties of study on cold forging of spiral bevel gear. A new method is proposed to characterize the dimensional accuracy of cold forg/ngs and combined with the finite element method to predict the dimensional accuracy of the cold forging of spiral bevel gear. And the influence of friction factor on dimensional accuracy of the cold forging is analyzed. The results show that the method is simple and can effectively evaluate the dimensional accuracy of the cold forging of spiral bevel gear. When the other conditions are fixed, the dimensional forging accuracy is lower with the friction factor m is greater.
