摘要
针对现有盘形凸轮淬火机构的适用范围小、淬硬层不均匀等缺点,结合共轭凸轮由于几何封闭的特殊运动规律,提出一种控制简单、适用范围广且能实现淬硬层均匀的共轭感应淬火方法。应用感应加热理论,对感应器与工件1~5mm不同间隙下的加热过程进行电磁一热多场耦合分析,得到随间隙变大,淬火时间递增,温度、淬硬层厚度和加热效率递减的变化规律。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the existing disc cam including limited application scope and non - u- nifoma hardened layer, a conjugate quenching method is proposed which can achieve the purpose of uniform hardened layer, wide application scope and easy manipulation based on the special movement because of the geometrical close of the conjugate cam. Applied the induction heating theory, the electromagnetic - thermal coupled analysis is conducted during the heating process with different clearance among lmm and 5ram between inductor and work piece. The result shows that the quenching time is increased while temperature, hardened layer thickness and heating efficiency are de- creased with the growth of clearance.
